The Data Processor is Virevo Srl. General information valid for any processing
All processing carried out through this website is based on the principles of lawfulness, fairness, and transparency. At any time, you can exercise the rights outlined in the aforementioned legal articles by making an explicit request to the Data Controller or the Data Processor. During processing operations, an adequate level of protection and confidentiality will be ensured, in compliance with the provisions of Article 32 of the GDPR.

The personal data collected
Users can send, through the website www.mydekali.com (hereinafter, for brevity, 'Site'), in the appropriate contact section or via email to the address info@virevo.it, requests containing personal data of various types (or information about the services viewed and/or used by the User, as well as the method of usage. This category of data includes IP addresses or domain names of the computer and terminals used by users, URI/URL addresses of the requested resources, the time of the request, the method used to submit the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in response, the numerical code indicating the status of the response given by the server, and other parameters related to the user’s operating system and informational environment).
Such data will necessarily be stored by Virevo Srl for managing the requests and needs of the User. The submission of such data is strictly linked to the User's will and is not required as mandatory for the use of the Site.

Purposes of processing
The User's personal data is processed by Virevo Srl exclusively so that the User can:
– access, browse, and use the Site;
– contact for information and/or assistance;
– subscribe to the newsletter service and/or receive informational and promotional newsletters.
For the execution of the above-mentioned activities, it is necessary for certain User data to be collected and managed. In all cases, the User's explicit and voluntary consent to transmit the aforementioned data is required.

Newsletter subscription
The newsletters will be sent only through a dedicated service. In order to send newsletters to the User, the only data retained within the Site is their email address. Newsletters are sent only to those who have explicitly consented to receive them by signing up independently through the specific field on the Site. The email address provided by the User to receive the newsletters is used solely for that purpose.
The User's email address is stored in the mailing lists until the User communicates their intention to unsubscribe. At any time, the User can unsubscribe from the newsletter service by clicking on the specific link provided in each email sent or by requesting the removal of their address by sending an email to info@virevo.it. The User's email address is used solely by Virevo Srl and will never be made available to anyone else.

Methods and duration of processing
The data collected are processed by Virevo Srl solely for the purposes for which they were received. Therefore, we only require the minimum amount of data necessary to respond to the user's needs or to the relationship that will be established with them. The data collected are stored in Virevo Srl's database and are protected by security measures, both hardware and software, to prevent unauthorized access. The personal data of the user are processed by Virevo Srl for the time necessary to provide the newsletter service or for the appropriate period required to address their needs.
No analysis or profiling is performed with the user's data.

Sharing of the User's Personal Data.
The User's personal data will be processed only by the Data Controller and the Data Processor and will not be subject to disclosure, except for administrative and legal obligations.
